I received excellent care recently from Dr Lee. The doctor, and the staff here I urgent care did an excellent job. Fast. Everything was faster than I expected. The doctor was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do, and what to prescribe. A big thank you to the doctor and the staff who helped me at Rancho Healthcare Urgent Care

I just want to leave a short review about Southwest Medical. I have been a patient off and on for more than 30 years. The service has changed over time as technology has advanced. They have definitely been in the front of keeping up with the new tech advancement. My recent visit with Dr Chris was a great experience and would recommend SWM to anyone who wants great care. All the employees make you feel welcome and are extremely compassionate. Thank you for your continued support!!

Don't have 24 hour imaging like they used to. Was told at checkin that there wouldnt be imaging. I was okay with that. Didn't find out until I was in the procedure room that they didnt have running water and hadn't for over 2 hours. Seems like something you should close the medical facility for, or at minimum let the patients know.

I was a patient here for the first time last night and I’m blow away by the care I received. I was seen by Maria Delarrazabal (NP) Norma (RN) and Jacqueline (MA). They were kind, empathetic, efficient. I suffer from multiple autoimmune issues and when I get sick, it can be very scary. People with chronic conditions are often dismissed in healthcare, but not here. I genuinely feel like I was heard, and my input was valued, which is very rare these days. Las Vegas is not necessarily known for the best healthcare and I’ve lived all over the country so I can confidently say that treatment that I received here is five star not just by Las Vegas standards but national standards. Thank you all for your help last night!

Extremely professional and efficient for urgent care. Check in was smooth and easy. Medical assistants were amazing (Jasmine and Alexandria I believe) Nurse/Dr. Craig Clifford was super helpful/kind and made us feel comfortable with our interaction and concerns I had for my daughters health. 10/10.
