I really appreciate the care I received from the staff. The receptionist and medical assistance were kind and patient. The PA Jacob Kraus was extremely attentive, he encouraged questions, actually listened and took his time. He was also very compassionate. During the exam I detailed a procedure that I recently underwent that was traumatic and he responded with respect and kindness. I would recommend this facility to anyone who’s in need of urgent care services.

I had an excellent experience at Health Express Urgent Care! I scheduled my appointment online at 2-3 AM and was able to get in right away, which was incredibly convenient when I wasn’t feeling well. The medical assistant was absolutely wonderful - she was so kind and caring to both me and my son. Even though I wasn’t feeling good, she took my mind off of it and made the whole visit so much more comfortable. Her compassionate care really stood out and made a difference during a stressful time. The location is also perfect, with the pharmacy right across the street, making it easy to get prescriptions filled immediately after the appointment. I highly recommend Health Express Urgent Care for their convenience, great staff, and thoughtful service!

My first time going to Health Express Urgent Care and the entire staff is phenomenal! The young lady at the front desk and the young man whose an MA are super nice and very thorough and thoughtful. Dr. Ana is exceptional, thorough , concerned and easy to talk to. The establishment is super clean. 5 stars to everyone!!!

I went in for a few issues I wanted to get checked out just to cover bases. I called ahead and they said there wasn’t a wait so I didn’t book online. When I signed in, the online paperwork was so fast. Super easy. I was called back very quickly. I felt listened to when I advocated for myself and what I was hoping to have done/tested. They were confident in their assessment and I left not having to worry anymore about what was going on with me. Most doctors/ clinics rush you through and just don’t even provide the space for you to advocate for your own health or even just truly listen to you. I just was really grateful that they did. The facility was very clean too. All the staff were very nice. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience. Staff was amazing went above and beyond. I received EXCELLENT care and service. Wasn't crowded was able to sign in for my appiontment and be seen immediately. Friendly, clean environment DO recommend and will RETURN.
