Our entire experience here was excellent! Parking behind the building was easy, and the place was clean and orderly. The front staff was very friendly and efficient. Mia was the sweetest and friendly. Dr. Yosef Robbins was excellent! He was friendly and clear and competent. We left feeling cared for and confident in the care my so received. I will be returning to this Urgent cCare next time!

I visited this urgent care recently and overall had a positive experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and I was seen relatively quickly. I also appreciated that the provider was transparent from the beginning, explaining that further evaluation might require an ER visit because urgent care does not have access to the same diagnostic capabilities. That level of honesty helped set expectations and ultimately led me to seek the care I needed. My primary concern involves the billing process. During check-in, I was asked to provide a card to keep on file and was told I did not have a copay for the visit. I provided my HSA card, but later that day I received an email stating that I had been enrolled in an autopay program for six months for any urgent care charges up to $399. This was never explained to me in person, nor do I recall consenting to enrollment. Patients should be clearly informed of any automatic payment programs before being enrolled so they can make an informed decision. Overall, the clinical care was good, but greater transparency regarding billing and payment policies would improve the patient experience.

UH Urgent Care is my preferred option for immediate health care concerns. The location is very convenient and the Staff has been wonderful. Wait times are typically very short and the care is thorough and not rushed. 5 Stars!!!

I went to the urgent care today for an issue with a worsening cough. Michael, at the front desk, was so friendly and efficient! Mia and Alex both helped me with getting my vitals and relaying information and were both friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! I saw Dr. Spaner and he was very personable and informative - he treated me like a person and listened to me and shared information without being even the tiniest bit condescending. My whole experience today was such a joy, I'm so glad I chose to come here today.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I came here to be treated by something I felt ashamed about but everyone that helped me made me feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Yosef was my doctor, he made me feel safe and comfortable and informed. I don’t know the names of the rest of the people that helped me but it’s a very comfortable, safe, down to earth atmosphere. I would definitely recommend and go here again!!!
