FANTASTIC experience. Everyone was great and friendly. Jim is an excellent clinician who was efficient, knowledgable, and attentive. Julia at reception got me checked in quickly and was a pro. Francesca is a wonderful MA with a great sense of humor. Annemarie took my x-ray quickly and she is awesome at what she does. I cracked my finger with a saw yesterday and it got red and swollen in a day. I needed antibiotics and they even had them on site. One stop, complete care. Out the door quickly. Could not recommend this place more highly.

Received excellent care. The provider Jason was attentive, professional, and took the time to clearly explain me everything. The medical assistants, Franchesca and Jen, were incredibly kind, efficient, and made me feel comfortable. The whole team worked smoothly together, and the visit was handled quickly without feeling rushed. I truly appreciate their compassion and professionalism—highly recommend this location!

My experience made me never want to come back and I won’t be. The doctor made me wait a half hour to only examine me for 30 seconds. He was rude, cut me off every time I tried to explain my symptoms, and unprofessional. I left not even knowing why I was given a prescription. He made zero effort to do his job.

Update: Dr Baba was very compassionate and thorough. Something told me that I had to get my chest examined again here because I’m still struggling a week later, and I’m glad I got the chance to have a much better experience. The front desk staffer was very kind as well. Everyone I interacted with was professional and present. Staff here are tired and seem not interested in patient’s self reports, or I guess test findings. Went in with extreme exhaustion, sneezing , runny nose, eyes burning, thick mucus, with heavy cough, difficulty breathing. When PA James was listening to my lungs he complained I wasn’t breathing deeply enough (maybe I can’t…?). Said my lungs were fine and wanted to see me gone. Asked questions and cut me off before I had chance to answer. Had to push for chest X-ray which revealed bronchitis. Hence the weakness and struggle to breathe deeply. He wrote up his after visit summary before reviewing X-ray findings (or ignored them). Said he would call me if there were any positive findings…..? I guess I’ll have to find an old inhaler around here somewhere. He also wrote that I didn’t complain of difficulty breathing or lightheadedness, which I guess he just decided to ignore. I’ve been there before and was diagnosed with advanced bronchitis a couple years back so you would think they’d incorporate that into their exam. I get so tired of medical professionals dismissing patient experiences and thinking they’re superior. It’s a real pattern nowadays. It’s why people don’t want to be bothered with the healthcare industry. Won’t be back.

Outstanding service from start to finish. I barely had to wait to be seen. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much Francesca and Dr. Hohn for taking care of me and literally holding my hand along the way. I am extremely grateful.
