I truly appreciate the ease of their online website to schedule an appointment. I booked an appointment for the same day. I was called back quickly and the Doctor was attentive, honest and listened to my concerns. My symptoms and medical history required further investigation than they could provide and I completely understood. I was giving great recommendations for specialists nearby!

Everything handled quickly and efficiently. Kate was a great listener and I'm confident she has me on my way to correcting my situation. They are up to date on electronic processing which was easy to complete. This was my first time with American Family Care Nashville South.

Brought my infant to AFC due to a cough. I was seen in a great amount of time. The clinical scheduler was polite. The nurse provider were pleasant and informative. Highly recommend.

I came in 30 minutes prior to closing and I was seen quickly. The person at the front was so kind and had a bubbly personality. She was a great first impression. I didn't have to wait long at all to see the provider (Aira, a Nurse Practitioner), and the nurse, Sara, was really kind. I left with an answer to my issue, some prescriptions sent to my pharmacy, and was very happy with the quality of care.

i’m not sure if I had a bite or what the nurse practitioner could not do an x-ray because the x-ray Person had already left. He told me he could give me a prescription but Walmart was closed so he told me I needed to come back the next day. I was in terrible plant pain. He did not offer any suggestions except for me to take a real strong pain reliever that he could prescribe, but I could not see if I was allergic, so I did not get that so as I was walking out the door, I asked him do. I need to soak my hand in Epson salt. My hand was so swelled He said that would be a good idea. I said do I need to take Benadryl? He said that would be a good idea. I told him I said I’ll just take Tylenol. He said that’s a good idea so I was left with everything that I had come in with, and that was no answers. I’m still swelled today. I have another appointment today, but my hand and arm is a whole lot better.
