I would like to thank the entire staff at Urgent Care Center, from the front desk team to all of the medical staff. A special thank you to Dr. Avin Babanzadeh and Dr. Lee for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent care. Every time I have visited this clinic, I have been treated with respect and compassion, and my experience has always been positive. In many ways, this has been one of the best urgent care centers I have ever visited. However, I would like to share one important concern. The staff member who works at the front desk during the morning hours (approximately until 2:00 PM) frequently does not answer phone calls. This is a serious issue. Patients calling the clinic may have just returned home after a visit, may have questions about a newly prescribed medication, or could even be experiencing a possible allergic reaction or other urgent concern that requires prompt guidance. In my most recent experience, I called four or five times between approximately 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM. I also left two voicemail messages requesting a callback, but I never received a response. When I later visited the clinic in person, I was informed that someone had been at the front desk during those hours. I am sharing this feedback because I genuinely appreciate the clinic and the excellent medical care provided by the doctors and staff. My hope is that management will address this issue, as improving phone responsiveness would make an already excellent clinic even better and could be very important for patient safety.

I needed a follow up x-ray of my hand. I went on line to schedule, the Madison location said it had merged with the East Nashville location and allowed me to book an appointment. I showed up15 minutes early as indicated to locked doors, the clinic opens at 8 a.m. however the doors opened at 8:03. I was told I didn’t have an appointment and the x-ray tech wasn’t working that day anyway. So I was booked for the following day at 8:00 a.m. knowing that a X-Ray tech was on duty. I arrived early and the doors opened again at 8:03. Myself and one other lady were the only patients. At 8:15 I was brought back to a room. Moments later a woman did my intake and left. After 25 minutes I asked the woman at the desk if the x-ray tech was in. She was the one who you talked too. I looked up how long for an x-ray machine to warmup…not that long, mins.at 9:15 I’m thinking maybe the Dr has to give an order and he hasn’t arrived yet. I start crying , I’m so frustrated and stressed out. 8 minutes into crying the x-ray tech says she ready, she’d been on the phone with tech support to get the machine working!!! Why not tell me this? At 10 the MD on duty comes in and shares the report of the x-ray and suggests I see an orthopedic. Then I had to wait 10 more minutes for the CD of the x-ray. I don’t believe I’ll ever go to this clinic . I’m not a person who cry’s, this was a horrible experience.

Excellent service at Ascension St Thomas Urgent Care in Inglewood. I was seen by Dr. Avin for UTI and prescribed antibiotics. Dr. Avin stated that she would call to follow up on how I was doing. Dr Avin called several days later to check up on how I was doing and said to follow up with my PCP or return to Ascension St Thomas Urgent Care if further care was needed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care - Nashville, Inglewood. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen in a timely manner, which I truly appreciated. The medical team took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. It’s reassuring to receive care from providers who are both knowledgeable and compassionate. The facility was clean and well-organized, and overall the experience exceeded my expectations. I’m very grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care to anyone in need of prompt, quality medical attention.

While we were waiting, there was an inappropriate show on for young kids and the woman behind the desk said that she couldn't change the channel so I asked her to mute it, she did but then came back and said her manager told her she couldn't mute it. She told us we could go wait in the car. When we came back In there was another woman behind the desk and she was very helpful and said oh sure I can change the channel. There was another family who walked in behind us, so I'm grateful she was so accommodating. The show that was on was very inappropriate for kids.
