I had a clogged ear for three days and was really anxious, but the whole experience here was amazing. Everything went smoothly from check-in to the ear cleaning. The receptionist, the doctor, and the medical assistant were all so kind, patient, and professional. I’m really grateful for their care. Thank you so very much ❤️!

I wasn't feeling well. I was in excruciating pain and the young lady at the front desk. She was so professional, sweet, kind, low voice tone. She helped me to fill out the paperwork on the computer. She was just awesome. It made my pain less severe. Her being so kind and showing compassion for a patient.Also, the doctor and everyone at this particular facility was very professional.They're all awesome.I give kudos to every one of them.Thank god for them.

I came to this Urgent Care location and received great treatment here. The front desk receptionists were amazing and attentive. They made sure that I received the exact services I requested, as well as the pricing for the services, which were very reasonable. I feel relieved to have had a successful visit. Micah was very polite, & knowledgeable. On my first visit to the clinic I was from another city, she made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The other young lady st the front was very helpful also. If im back in Nashville and need an Urgent Care, this would be my first choice. The care I received was top notch.
