This is my go-to walk-in clinic! It is, by far, the easiest location to use because I’m always able to walk right in and get help right away. The medical staff is excellent in every way and the front desk is kind and helpful! Not all walk-in clinics are like this, I assure you!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Ashley’s beautiful smile and warm welcome. My wait time was minimal—no more than 15 minutes—before Brittany pleasantly called me back to take my vitals. She had a kind voice and a genuinely welcoming demeanor. Afterward, I waited about 10 minutes before Dr. Justin Reed entered the exam room. He was one of the kindest and most pleasant individuals I’ve ever met. He took the time to thoroughly ask questions and provided extremely helpful information regarding my visit. Additionally, the facility was very clean and smelled wonderfully fresh. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Car Now. 👍🏼👍🏼

doctors Mary and Justin are freaking fabulous, and all nursing staff is so friendly and fun while being professional and efficient. both doctors are the best urgent care doctors ive ever had the pleasure of working with. theyre knowledgeable, and they actually listen to you which can sometimes be hard to find in an urgent care setting. highly recommend this location for all your urgent care needs.

Great experience at CareNow Urgent Care. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from check-in to discharge. I was seen quickly, and the provider took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The facility was clean and well-organized. Highly recommend for anyone needing fast, quality care without the long wait.

Went to carenow health park today. Front desk personnel and PA were extremely professional and friendly. The Pa had requested bloodwork to be done, I told her I had two healthy veins prior to cancer treatment, but all veins shut down except the one in left forearm. She nodded and told me personnel will come in and draw blood. The office manager came in, visibly irritated about something. I asked her if she could use that one vein and I explained to her about my cancer treatment. She told me that she decides which arm blood will be drawn from, she didn't even try the vein I suggested. I told her that the two veins in modern blow last time they try to draw blood two months ago, and the one in my left forearm was 100!percent solid. She then said: " I guess we will not be drawing your blood today", she then left the room. The office manager seemed upset about something, her behavior was unprofessional and unethical. I have used this carenow for past three years and I have never ever had one single issue. Thus office manager was on a power trip and also new to this location. This will be my last visit there
