This was such an amazing experience at the east Nashville CareNow Urgent Care. I brought my 11-month-old in because he had a high fever, and everyone was so kind and comforting to him. Tamia at the front desk was especially helpful and compassionate, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Madison was fantastic, and Dr. Patel was just as wonderful. Dr. Patel made sure my son wasn’t scared and even let him see the medical devices he was using, which really helped calm him down. He diagnosed an ear infection and explained everything clearly. They even called the next day to check on him and make sure he was feeling better. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an urgent care. One impressed and very happy momma.

Everyone was so kind and professional from the reception staff to the X ray tech. There was practically no wait at all. Dr. Trotter was super helpful and personable, and they even called me the next day to ask how I was doing. I highly recommend this urgent care and will definitely return.

Kat and the entire CareNow East Nashville team were absolutely amazing. They were informative, patient, compassionate, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit. The level of care and professionalism truly stood out. I would highly recommend them for any healthcare needs!

The front desk staff was rude/not nice especially when I did not want to explain my health concerns in-front of everyone in the waiting room. They had about 10 workers installing a new security system which was impacting patients being able to go into rooms. Considering how much we have to pay to be seen I think its crazy they could not have upgrades completed during non-business hours. The sweet and compassionate nurse practitioner I saw was the only reason I gave 2 stars.

I have been to this urgent care a few times now. They are always helpful and kind. The facility is always clean and the service is as quick as it can be when considering the amount of people waiting to be seen.
