Great experience at CareNow Urgent Care on West End. The front desk lady was so thoughtful—when I stepped outside to take an overseas call, she rolled her chair over to the window to signal me when it was my turn. Check-in was smooth, the intake nurse was kind, and Dr. Leslie was lovely and professional. Plenty of parking too. Highly recommend!

been here twice now with my 3 toddlers. the staff goes out of their way to make kids feel comfortable. they checked in constantly, made sure they weren’t scared, and even brought them little things like hot chocolate and juice, which made a huge difference in the moment. the nurses up front and back were kind and attentive, and the providers were thorough, patient, and reassuring. you can tell they actually care, not just about treating the issue but about how the kids feel while they’re there. it’s never fun needing urgent care, especially with kids, but they made both visits as smooth and stress-free as possible. i really appreciate the level of care they gave my family.

I went here for a pre-employment drug screening and had a pleasant experience: the staff was friendly and professional. I also took my son for an urgent care visit: it was very easy to book the appointment online and complete paperwork. I chose "web check-in" so there was hardly a wait at the clinic. The providers he saw were patient, respectful, and understanding. I will return to this clinic for urgent care needs and highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking care. There's plenty of parking and it's also near a bus stop.

Great staff from front desk to NPs to X-ray techs. All very nice and helpful! Was in and out quickly. With your permission your visit can be summarized with AI technology and printed for you before you leave! Recommend this clinic!

I had a great experience at CareNow Urgent Care in West End. The front desk lady was fast, friendly, and professional. The two physicians were excellent quick, thorough, and very good at answering all my questions. I felt well taken care of and highly recommend this location!
