1. Misdiagnosed me terribly enough that I had to go to the emergency room a few days later. The ER told me if they’d properly diagnosed me, I wouldn’t have needed to go on steroids, and wouldn’t have still been so sick I couldn’t work. This was with Allison Cowan, according to customer service. She was very nice, but just assumed “throat issue, take some antibiotics” instead of looking into the issue. The ER doctor told me not to go back to her. 2. Their point of sale wasn’t working, so they told me they’d “send me the bill” and to keep an eye out. 3. Billed me twice. I paid the first bill, tried to contact customer service to remove the second, but they never responded. Unsurprisingly, they only respond quickly when they want your money. 4. Then they threatened to send the second one to collections. I paid it to avoid that then tried to get in contact with their “customer service” again, who restarted the entire conversation every time I sent my receipts over. See attached, no personal information included (other than my 109 unread texts, whoops) I have no idea how they have such good google reviews. Don’t go here, I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for literal months now.

I made an appointment on-line for Fast Pace Health Urgent Care for the following morning at 8:30. I was seen within a few minutes of arrival. Everyone was so kind and professional. I was diagnosed by the doctor within 15 minutes and I walked out shortly after. We were there no longer than 30 - 45 minutes. That is so much better than having to wait in long lines. We aren’t from the area, (Nashville, TN) however, should we need urgent care any time we are in the area, it will be Fast Pace Health.

This clinic is wonderful. I had a very good experience with the nurses and practitioners in office. They were fast, but thorough and caring. The office called me twice to follow up and check on me, which has never happened from any other provider other than my PCP. I had to go a little out of my way to come to this clinic, but I chose it because my experiences at other, closer urgent care centers haven't been great. I will definitely come back here for any future urgent needs.

It was our first time taking our son (14 mo) into an urgent care. The staff was so sweet, from the front desk, to the nurse and doctor, and were great with the baby. We were so pleased with our experience!

The staff was professional, friendly and took time to ensure I understood everything. I was seen promptly in a clean and organized looking clinic. The prescribed medications were sent directly to my pharmacy without any delay. Thank you to their great team.
