Staff always friendly & accommodating while very professional, especially front desk and health assistants. Really appreciate my PCP’s knowledge & candor when discussing my health issues & advising on obtainable goals, while giving positive feedback on accomplishable goals. Quiet, clean & comfortable clinical environment & waiting area.

I really like it there, they really listen and take into account my thoughts, concerns, and opinions on my care. They are direct but kind. They are conscious of financial situations, they don't just prescribe medicines and expect you to fill them even if insurance won't, that takes a lot of stress out of going to the doctor. In general they make you feel comfortable and cared about.

Dr. Parra is great! He’s honest & listens to whatever issues I would like addressed about my health! He’s very supportive as well!

I Love The Way That She is Very Understanding, Caring & Quick With My Children!! When Something is Going Wrong With Them She Will Get on it Fast to Figure it Out, Then Resolve The Problem to Make Them Better!!! I Wouldn’t Change Dr. Donnelly Nor The Office For Anything in The World!!

I have been going here for awhile it was previously Sanitas. I always like it and never had a problem until now. SSince it has been taken over by Meharry, I can't get anyone on the phone. I have been calling for 2 weeks to get my insulin filled. I'm diabetic and CVS and myself have been reaching out for 2 weeks. I'm out of insulin and NOONE will even return my call. I have left message after message and even spoke to 2 ladies at the call center that assured me they would get a message to the front desk...today I talked to the Supervisor over call center and she said the same thing. That was at 9am this morning it is not after 3pm....still no call. I just called my pharmacy and still have not received my prescription.
