It was my first time going to this urgent care. It was very clean and had a beautiful lobby and when I went back Was clean and beautiful. The nurses and the receptionist totally super nice. The Doctor Who ended up seeing me also knowledgeable and very nice. I would definitely go back again.

Only leaving a review because we all know how it can be visiting a walk in clinic. This place however had no wait time, the doctors and staff were all very friendly and accommodated my needs closely! They got me checked out and did an x ray same day. Truly felt so taken care of here which is not my usual experience during walk in emergencies/visits. Highly recommend them!

I rarely write reviews. We have now been to Physians Urgent Care four or five times and every time it has been such a good experience. They have multiple locations and extended hours. The billing is very straightforward and the staff is pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable. The first time we went to this particular urgent care I had taken my daughter to a different urgent care that day. . At this other urgent care there were two other people in the waiting room and we waited about 45 minutes before we were called back. After an additional 30-35 minutes of sitting in a room and no one, not even a nurse coming in , we left. We found Physicians Urgent Care was nearby and open so we went there. It was the complete opposite experience of the first place. I have since sent other family members there and each has had the same good experience.

Today I went to Urgent Care due to a nagging cough. I thought all I needed was a good cough medicine since I did not feel really bad, and I did not have a fever. The Dr. decided I should have an x-ray- just in case. When she read the xray, she determined i had Pneumonia . Needless to say, I am thankful I decided to go to Urgent Care today. Like any other time I have been there, they always do a very thorough exam and and their diagnosis has always been "spot on". I totally recommend Physicians Urgent Care.

This has been my second time visiting Physicians Urgent Care and I must say, today’s appointment with Rachel Cole was a great experience. Rachel listened attentively to my concerns and provided me with valuable information. I highly recommend her services to anyone. The assistant Jayden was great as well😊.
