Very nice facility. Very nice staff. I was a walk-in with pain in my right hip. They worked me into their schedule. Ken Burns (PA) attended to my need very capably. He ordered an xray, evaluated it, and worked with me on a couple of possible treatment options. I appreciate him and recommend him. I appreciate the TOA organization and will use it again as needed. Deeply knowledgeable, thorough and capable. Excellent “bedside” manner. Takes time, asks great questions and sincerely cares. I have relied on Dana Duff’s evaluation, support and guidance over many years. He has kept me confidently moving forward, enjoying the active lifestyle I have been accustomed to.

Dr. Smith made quick work of diagnosing my issue. He was kind and put me at ease when treating me. I was a walk-in and was very pleased to get seen right away. Dr. Smith is fantastic.

I thank you Dana Duff, PAC so much for taking care of my right hand on Sunday afternoon at the TOA Urgent Care. I have been in pain for 7 days with a trigger finger issues for over used on a 8 month post-op surgery. After a shot and medication it is feeling better. It was great seeing him again because he took care of my achillea Hill years ago. Thank you again!!

I recently went into TOA walk in clinic for my wrist to be looked at. It’s been an ongoing issue and the pain has started to hinder daily activities. The facility itself was great 5/5 on quickness getting in and out and friendly nursing staff. However I’m giving 3 stars overall due to the physicians assistant that I saw, Ken Burns. I realize my issue was relatively small to others he likely sees, but I felt completely dismissed by him. He seemed completely out of touch with how it was negatively affecting my life (or didn’t care) and overall had horrible bedside manner, 1/5. Highly recommend TOA, just don’t see PA Ken. He was bluntly dismissive, and I left very frustrated and upset.
