From the outside it didn’t look too appealing and the closer and closer you got to the front door there is a foul odor that only only grew stronger and it became overwhelming to the point I wanted to vomit. That staff doesn’t great you at all. No where to sign except these pieces of paper that were reused - it looks like old papers that were cut up into strips and had been previously printed on. I was ignored for several mins and finally the girl barely says anything - told to just sign in. She kept my DL and my insurance card. I go to sit down and fill a piece of paper out. A few mins pass by and I notice dust on the floor, dirt on the walls, the glass is filthy as if it hasn’t been wiped down. All of a sudden I hear a man call my last name - he doesn’t come out front to the waiting room to get me / show me where to go - nothing. I’m told, go through the door. I go through and there’s dirty chairs, tons of curtains hanging hiding clutter, extension cords coming from the ceiling plugged into the computers - a damn fire hazard - and files shoved in the shelves. The cuff to take my blood pressure was disgustingly dirty. The guy took my blood pressure then walks away to talk to some chick. I’m told to walk to the room but I don’t know which one. The room is so small I can touch one side of the room w my arm and the other side w another arm. The table is ripped and held together w tape. The guy takes a tongue compressor and the attachment to the instrument to check my ears and drops one of them on the floor. No gloves. Unsanitary to the max. I tell him how bad my ear hurts and he proceeds to jam the instrument in my ear and go deeper. I plead w him of his bad it hurts and he proceeds to check my other ear. As he’s doing this all my pleas go ignored. He takes that same instrument that he checked my infected ears with and proceeds to struck straight up my nose. I tell him of all the medications I’m allergic to and he is confused on what medication he is going to prescribe. Mind you, he isn’t the doctor!!! He tells me to wait and as I wait I’m looking at the room and how unsanitary it is. I hear something crawl behind me thinking it’s a bug - insure and scared - something moves again. I jump up and look and stare. Something was crawling in the wall!!! It stops and I sit down again uncertain of what it was and wait. Next thing a woman comes to my door and tells me, you ready? You can go. I’m puzzled and stunned. I mentioned the medication and I said, oh? It’s time. She said yes then ask me, English? Spanish? I said English. She walks me to the front and I ask, do I have a prescription? She got a little snarky w me and said yes, and read the paper. The front girl takes everything except the prescription and the other girl walks away and I’m just standing there confused again. I ask what the copay was and I couldn’t hear the girl. She said something and I said huh? Im sorry. How much? She held up a zero sign w her hand. I said oh! I didn’t know, okay. I proceeded to run out of the building. Pharmacy at Kroger told me there’s always an issue with the prescriptions w that place and to never go back there. Unprofessional, unsanitary, and disgusting.

I only gave it 2 stars because the doctors are kind and helpful. Thry deserve more than 2 stars. Unfortunately, as a whole, the clinic is nasty, unorganized, and unprofessional. I needed a referral for another Dr. They didnt fax the referral in time for my appt. Yes, it is only inconvenient, but ibhad to go to the ER because I couldn't wait anymore.

Disgusting, impersonal, asked for a blanket because I was waiting for over in hour in my procedure room. I was ignored, literally eye contact with no response. This place is so gross dirt and peeling paint, duct tape on the beds dirty floors and wires and disorder everywhere. I'll be calling whoever it is that inspects places like this. There is no way this meets cleanliness standards.

The Lady on front have no good customer service been waiting on room for over 1 hr and other patience been going thru already she even got the Attitude Wanna waist. Time come here Everything here it’s from the 90s. Nothing haven’t change.

I Came for some back pain I've been having for about a year now. And I just been waiting in a room for about an hour now still no doctor has came in the room or to check on me. I came out and asked what's going on and there's not even a doctor here smh. Nurse says I called him at 12 and he hasn't answered 🙄 😒 😕 I'm sitting here in pain. I'm very disappointed in the service and in the help I did not receive that I greatly need. 😔
