My family has been coming here since they first opened! Love the care and compassion. Will always come here for all urgent care needs. With 4 kiddos It’s more frequent than we like! This minion knows our family history 🤣

I went for a painful toenail issue, and I’m very happy with the care I received. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the process quick and easy. They fixed my toenail problem efficiently and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated how comfortable they made me feel. Great experience.

After receiving good care the week before I was very surprised by the care I received yesterday. First upon arriving the receptionist told me I was not supposed to be seen on this day as the original doctor that seen me was not there. It was this doctor who set up the appointment for this time. She went to the back and returned to the desk and told me they would go ahead and see me anyway. I got the impression that I was a burden to the staff and doctor at this time. The nurse that checked me into the room and took the usual vitals was very helpful and nice during the process. When the doctor came in he asked a couple of questions and never physically checked my injury. His idea of treatment with my symptoms getting worse was to send me home with more pills. He never gave me the opportunity to tell him that I also have developed a rash on the affected area. I was very surprised and disappointed with the care I received on this visit. I have contacted the parties in involved ( workers comp insurance ,prescreen network and my company) to request to be seen by another facility and was given approval to do so. Also the paperwork that is needed to turn into the company was not given to me and they said this letter from us will extend the workers comp form we previously sent. That is incorrect If you have me set for any future appointments you need to cancel them as I will seek treatment at another facility.

I had an earache, so I got there around 4:00, got my co-pay taken care of & was immediately called back to the room. The nurse was super nice, then the PA came in & was done & out of there within 10 minutes. Super nice people & very clean inside. Highly recommend when you can't go to your PCP.

This place is so inconsistent! There are times I go and the nurses and practitioners are great, thorough and helpful. And then there are times like today that both the nurse and practitioner are awful! The nurse was clueless about basic/common medications and was rude and tacky. Plus, loudly chewed gum the entire time she was taking my vitals. Very unprofessional. Then the practitioner wasn’t thorough at all. He didn’t check my ears, throat or anything. He barely listened to my breathing. I’ve encountered him 2 other times and has always been lazy in his approach and rude. The front desk person/receptionist was kind and helpful. They do a good job in hiring great receptionist.
