From Chase at the front desk, to our nurse Steve, and the P.A. Hang, our experience was top tier. My son was seen and treated all in under an hour. And even if it had taken several hours it would not have mattered, that’s how amazing our experience was. I am so happy this facility exists. Everyone was absolutely kind and lovely. You can tell they truly do care. I cannot recommend them enough. Please do not hesitate to take your loved ones or yourself to PrimeCare Emergency Center in Arlington.

Amazing experience from the moment I walked in! I was seen quickly, and the entire staff was professional, kind, and efficient. My nurse, Chris, was outstanding—very attentive and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He truly made the experience easy and stress-free. The X-ray tech and doctor were also incredibly kind, helpful, and thorough. I couldn’t have asked for better care!

I come in and get seen right away. The staff is great and are detailed in finding out what brings you here. And I had scans done on my chest and they got the results back quickly and were very informative of the issue. Very professional and very caring. They made me feel more comfortable than any other clinic I've ever been to.

I came here after I left Mansfield Methodist, because my son was in a lot of discomfort and needed to be seen quickly. It was in the middle of the night and he needed an ultrasound and they were able to do the ultrasound, a physical exam and everything else needed quickly and efficiently, All while making me and my son feel comfortable and continuously checked on us. This is my second time coming here. I came here last year myself due to a severe upper respiratory infection, And now I can say that both times has been easy and comfortable.

Excellent service , quick, and efficient. I was immediately brought back and seen and they got things going. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and great at their jobs . I will definitely choose this place if ever need services again. Recommend to everyone!
