Recently visited this urgent care and was thoroughly impressed. As a bodybuilder, I'm always concerned about getting prompt and accurate care for sports-related injuries. The staff here was incredibly knowledgeable about muscle and joint issues, and they provided excellent advice on recovery and future prevention. The facility was clean, well-equipped, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Just hit up this urgent care, and gotta say, it's legit! As a college student, I'm always on the hunt for quick and affordable healthcare that doesn't mess with my study vibes. The staff here? Super buena onda – friendly and totally got my back with my packed schedule. They spoke a bit of Spanish too, which was a cool plus. This clinic is poorly ran. The staff do not speak well, can not understand English well and can never complete a transaction without the doctor or a supervisor helping them process it. I hate that I am forced to use them due to my insurance limitations. I can't get my standard medications refilled for asthma, thyroid or celiac disease without coming into the office and paying another office visit fee (even though I was there less than 30 days ago). I have been cared for by 6 different people so no one knows anything about me and my health. And they don't care what type of medicine it is, they just ignore the refill request and don't even contact you to request you to come into the office. When I had to give a urine sample, there wasn't any paper towels to wash my hands and she brought about 4 to "fill" the dispenser.

Even one star is too many. Terrible service. Sat here for 4 hours. Only reason I was seen is because they were closing and came to check rooms and the lady goes “oh we have a patient in here.” Even then took 30 minutes to be seen. When I was finally seen it was rushed and only for about 3 minutes. Then asked for my receipt and that took another 10 minutes…. We were the only ones here apart from 4 staff members.
