I was seen quickly and the staff was amazing. Better treatment than a prior visit to my regular docs office. Will def go back if needed.

The receptionist was so rude and disrespectful. If that is the attitude she wants to have, she needs to work in the back working on samples but definitely not dealing with the general public with that nasty attitude and even more disgusting cough. I see why this facility keeps changing partnership and owners. If the first person you see at the door is rude, disrespectful and has no knowledge of her job, I can only imagine the quality of the providers and other staff. Wish I could give 0 stars. Update: I left this facility and went to SurePoint Urgent Care(they’re amazing by the way) turns out I was having an heart attack while arguing with the rude receptionist. I was admitted to the ER less than 15 min AFTER leaving this place.

I had a great experience. No wait time and everyone was friendly and informative.I received follow up emails and text messages. I would recommend this location.

Couldn't get ahold of my doctor to treat shingles. Scheduled appointment with Urgent Care. Took less than 20 minutes to receive diagnosis and prescriptions. Staff was friendly and very professional. Will definitely return if I have another emergency.

The visit I made to Baylor Urgent Care went very well. The employees were all professional and the Nurse Practitioner was very efficient, friendly and kind. The wait was longer than I expected, having made the appointment the day before and being second in line (45 minutes) but I know I wasn’t feeling well and that those issues can arise.
