Sidney B a month agoI’ve been to CareNow Urgent Care multiple times over the past 6 months, and every experience has been positive. The staff has always taken great care of me and made me feel heard instead of rushed. The providers are attentive, compassionate, and willing to listen to concerns and answer questions thoroughly. It makes a huge difference when you’re not feeling your best and still feel comfortable and cared for. Definitely grateful for the consistent kindness and professionalism from the team.

Missy Brown 3 months agoI just want to say urgent care has high kudos from me. I got there. They got me in right away. Nurse. Amy was amazing. Can’t remember the doctor‘s name that I seen, but she had beautiful red hair. I go back Sunday to see her but the empathy and the passionate and the caring they both gave me were absolutely amazing thank you.
Liz Binns 2 months agoI would like to preface that I have been going to this CareNow on Cooper Street in Arlington, TX for about 15 years. Previously, they have been quick & helpful until I can see my primary care physician. On March 24, 2026, I went because my physician was at a conference. I was in extreme pain in my lower back that came on suddenly out of nowhere and I wanted help for the pain. I told the intake person I had not had a fall or any accident. I explained my husband is disabled & I am his caretaker and I needed to be able to take care of him & myself as the pain had gotten unbearable even after trying ibuprofen & a lidocaine patch for hours. I also mentioned that I had been experiencing problems in my back on & off the last few years. I was taken to an exam room & while waiting on the doctor some random person opened the door & told me they would need a urine specimen & I told her I had just gone before arriving. I waited & waited in extreme pain. I opened the door & asked for water so I could give them urine & was given water. I thought it odd since I am 64 & not likly to be pregnant. By the way, they never asked me for the specimen again. Doctor came in & the first thing out of her mouth was "I don't give schedule 2 drugs". I am a 64 year old woman that did not know what that was, so I asked the doctor to clarify. I remember she was cold, callous & unempathatic with very cold eyes. During this entire time I am in extreme pain trying not to scream, cry or whatever! Some things I feel are not registering properly due to the pain. Sometime later they took x-rays & the same cold callous doctor told me it did not show anything broken or unusual. I told her I was feeling even worse. She made me feel that she definitely did not care about my suffering. At that point, I knew this was not the CareNow I had previously visited on numerous occasions & I couldn't wait to get out of there so I could cry & scream in private & ask GOD to help me!! On my way home my primary care physician returned my call & between sobs I told him about my experience. He told me I needed immediate pain management & imaging and to go to a reputable ER where they would help me. He said unfortunately those people were too busy judging me as seeking narcotics & he asked me to never return there. I went to the ER my doctor instructed me to go to and by then the pain was at 20 on a scale from 1 to 10. I was rushed back quickly, given IV "schedule 2 drugs" and a steroid. Imaging was done and they continued to manage my pain and I went home the following day. Currently, I am in treatment by a very good neurosurgeon. No thanks to CareNow employees. One of the most horrific experiences in my life! I thought hard about sharing my experience and I felt obligated to warn others. And currently saw someone on social media had recorded a similar experience. These so called physicians and their cohorts do exist. I intentionally left out their names even though I know them from my paperwork. BUT most importantly they know who they are and so does GOD. - EB
