We had an appointment for 3:24 at 4:36 still no doctor. Literally just there for a physical. I had to check with the front desk twice to ask for updates. I kept getting “the doctor is finishing up with the last patient, 10-15 minutes.” After the last time I asked for my money back and left. Absolutely unprofessional and a huge disregard for other people’s time! I would not recommend this location if timeliness is important to you!

We have been to this location around 4-5 times. Each time the front office staff, the nurses and the doctors have been excellent! They have been so kind and professional. And they have listened to our medical questions and been very encouraging! I would recommend this location to anyone needing medical help! Thank you for a great experience!

Overall, the care was excellent. Same-day appointment, quick wait time, and a physician who took the time to listen and adjust my treatment appropriately for an ear infection. I did attempt to call back later in the day for a follow-up request but didn’t receive a response before closing. Despite that, I would recommend this urgent care and would return again. Thank you CareNow.

Very dissatisfied, I waited almost 2 hours in the waiting room. I was hoping to get a steroid shot for my respiratory infection but they didn’t. What they gave me and told me I could have just done a free teladoc from my insurance. I ended up going to another urgent care right after and telling them my experience. They were able to help me fast and easy! I’d avoid going here, not even worth going early.

The staff here are very unprofessional, came into office in pain. They had me sitting in waiting area for over an hour minutes. Spoke with the staff and Ms. Baryaklvia continued to be unhelpful and mocking when speaking to her. Over an hour there sitting in pain, they wanted to continue to ask questions before i could even get to the back. I had to leave and go across the street to exceptional er, which got me in and being seen right now. Do not waste your time at this specific carenow if you need urgent care, go to another place or hospital will do you better
