I called the Care Center before going, to make sure my insurance would be accepted, since as a senior citizen, I know there have been changes to our Medicare. I was assured that my medical insurance was accepted at this Facility. I was in a lot of pain , and had been under the weather for a few days, with a lot of upper respiratory congestion. I have an autoimmune illness I wanted to make sure that they did X-rays at the facility, I was going trying to make sure nothing had developed into pneumonia. They assured me that they did X-rays there. I am 72 years old I went to the facility, the lady that I spoke to on the phone, asked me was I the one that called I said I was, and began filling out the tablet to see the doctor, in the midst of doing that timely process, and after I had uploaded my driver's license and insurance information into the tablet I was called the front, I was told that they were unable to confirm that my Medicare insurance would be accepted. SO I HAD TO LEAVE, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT TOOK FOR ME TO COME THERE, I CALLED AHEAD I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS, BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE. The two African American girls at the front counter were unable to give me accurate information when I called before I went there, and once I got there, they did not know how to verify the Insurance, FOR ME THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I decided to go to the emergency room at the hospital. Dear people that have been changes to certain insurances, however if you call ahead, You do expect to get good accurate information, in my case this was not so at this Facility, that's why it only gets one star if I could give it a quarter star, then that's what it wiuld get, because this is unacceptable for a senior citizen the press their way out in pain, and have to be turned away like this because of this facility's inaccurate information or inability to confirm an insurance! Unacceptable!

Brought my daughter in while she was home from college over the holiday, and as a nurse, I felt confident I knew what she needed. I didn’t have to say a word; they immediately offered a clear treatment plan and took the initiative to look into other potential conditions outside of the typical flu/covid etc screenings. I was very pleased with the care she received. Bryan was personable, professional and knowledgeable! Steven was warm and thoughtful! Truly an amazing experience with health care professionals. Highly recommend Community Med Health Arlington.

This clinic was great. Came in for some stitches and later removal. Both visits were quick, thorough, and easy. Online check-in was smooth. Zero complaints, I'll be back... But hopefully it'll be a while!

I’ve been here several times and they are fantastic. Kind, caring, and get things done. I’m grateful that we have access to such wonderful people as these. Thank you so much for taking care me and my family, y’all are amazing. Front desk shout out too-amazing.

I've been here a couple times, and coming from a guy who HATES the doctors office, at every capacity, I will say that Keneson is amazing. She listens, is smart, and an overall good person who is good at her job. I appreciate the fact its fast and accommodating. Those people who give this place a bad review need to just stay sick, lol. Thats how I feel.
