I’ve been to other Concentra’s. Usually a bad experience because they’re not really approachable. Employees are usually mean. Which sucks because going to an urgent care is already uncomfortable, why make it worse with a bad experience. BUT THIS CONCENTRA LOCATION… hands down the BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve had. When I checked in, I thought I was going to not get greeted, boy was I wrong. Juan said , “How can I help you?”. His other coworkers were approachable as well. It wasn’t busy so we had a decent little talk. The music was great in the background. They found me in the system and they called me in within 10 minutes. The process was fast. I had a DOT drug test. Yessenia helped me out. The thing is, I urinated 2 times before I took the test so my pee was still building up. And I’ve been dehydrated from work. I usually urinate every 10-30 minutes or so. It took me about 4-5 tries of urinating enough for the sample and I was there for almost 2 hours. I almost wanted to give up and cry because I was taking so long.( For some reason, I kept thinking about a bad experience I had at a different Concentra location where the employee told me it’s a fail if I don’t pee enough and keep trying to rush me.) Yessenia was so patient with me and her and Juan were very encouraging even to the point that they let the faucet run so I could relax. They offered me lots of water. Yessenia also listened to my concerns as well, I told her that I kept missing the cup. She gave me a toilet seat bowl along with the sample cup. It was a great solution. I got comfortable and I was able to urinate a little more into the sample cup. These gestures made by both of them helped me change my perspective about Concentra. There are people that care. They’ve set the bar high and they’ve set a new standard. I just wish this new standard was applied to all Concentra locations.

Very smooth experience. Staff up front got me checked in quickly. I was there for a hair test and urine test which was done by Ms Estephanie Lopez who did a wonderful job as well.

Intake was great the young lady who took my height and weight was great the doctor that did my physical was great when leaving it was a different story. Guy acted like I was a burden on him and all he had to do was print out my physical papers. He almost ruined my visit and he had the easiest job.

The front desk and speed of the appointment were all great. But the actual visit with the doctor was lacking. She gave unclear, ambiguous medical advice that left me having to guess what she actually meant. She spoke in the sort of way someone would speak if their main priority is to avoid any responsibility from making a bad call. Whether this was the reason or if it was incompetence or something else, I can't say. I have to say she was very personable at least. But I spent close to $100 for almost nothing.

The doctor and the nurse were nice but I had to come back for my second check up for a TB test when I got there they told me I was late when I got their on time ..they had other people waiting no body attendant to help me out on Time so they told me to come back for a simple check
