Great experience, super quick and easy. No wait at all and the staff was so friendly! I had a pre employment drug and alcohol test, physical, and an HPE and I was in and out in less than an hour!

Joe Jennings was so rude. He called himself a doctor..ewww!. I didn't like his tone and body language. Patients come to get treatment not to get pissed off. Patients come, doctor gets paid. So, be sincere, set your voice of tone and treat Patients like you want to be treated. At the end, he said you are fine not in pain but he wrote me 2 prescriptions one for pain killer and one for muscle relax. Not sure what was he trying to do. Doctor and nurse seemed rushing me out because it was toward to the closing time. You guys in medical field have taken an oath to treat your patients with your dignity, skills, and knowledge. Please do so as you swore an oath.

If you come here for your DOT physical be prepared to get a 3 month card rather than the 2 years you have probably been receiving elsewhere. Be also prepared for a sleep test. These people work with the sleep study doctors or something because there is no way the amount of people they refer for sleep study is necessary. I call for everyone to unite and have a class action lawsuit against Concentra. Look at the amount of people in different locations going thru the same thing. Being denied the card, given a 3 month card. Why do they measure your neck? They are making there own rules to pass a test? They are after your money no matter how healthy you are they will say you aren’t. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

Had a great experience during my physical test! The staff were friendly. Everything was well-organized, and I was in and out much faster than expected. Highly recommend if you value efficiency.

The service I received felt somewhat cold and impersonal. Although the front desk representative maintained professionalism, the interaction lacked warmth and approachability. Additionally, a female assistant appeared unexpectedly and also spoke to me in a stern weird tone while I was already being helped by a male assistant. He, in contrast, was welcoming and personable throughout the interaction. The service was quick, in and out, which was great and hence the 4 star review.
