Front desk is amazing. I was greeted with a smile when asked how can we help you. Rene was a blast. She is very live I must say. The staff in the back and the doctor was very professional and informative. Excellent place to go get your physical for employment.

I had to go here for a pre employment drug screening and received great service. I went in right before they were closed. I was taken care of quickly but at no point did I feel rushed. The front desk were responsive and attentive. My testing was done by Kae, who was very efficient and knowledgeable. I had a few questions which she answered thoroughly, and as we signed paperwork, she was very proficient and navigated everything with ease. Very satisfied with my visit and would suggest if given an option, you pick this as your place to go.

I got there and handed my drug screening paperwork to the lady at the front desk. There were only 2 other people in the waiting room. Its like the lady couldnt read. She asked for the address of my employer because she couldnt see it listed on the front. After waiting in the waiting room for over an hour (i got there right at noon it was 1:12 at this point) she said “ma’am I didnt read that you also need a hair drug test Ill need to put that on now too”. This put me to the back of the line again and people who cane after me already got to go back and leave due to her mistake. Completely careless and unprofessional and lack of awareness on her part.

My experience with Concentra has always been great. I have an amazing Doctor there along with her staff. They all work together like family. They allvtake care of me each and every week they have been a very supporting cast doing the loss of my father. I truly appreciate the kindness.

The staff at Concentra (South Arlington) were pleasant, congenial, polite and efficient. I had blood drawn and a TB test and barely felt a thing. In the past, I usually had my labs drawn at Labcorps. My experience at Concentra was completely different from my multiple unpleasant experiences with Labcorps - diametrically different, actually. It shouldn't be a surprise to receive such high quality health care, but I was pleasantly surprised.
