I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and explained everything and detailed. The staff work well with me having my two year-old in there with me. Highly recommend this location for any of your urgent care needs. Great staff.

Over the years I have had interactions with several different e-care facilities. This one is my favorite. They do take Medicare, they do NOT charge like a hospital emergency room, they aren't over-crowded (I wish them well, and want them to do well, but it is nice not to have long waits). We have found this place to be very well run, and always staffed with delightful people - from the reception staff, to the nurses, to the docs/PAs - up and down the line everyone is knowledgeable, efficient, down-to-earth, caring and kind. This is my go-to place for minor emergencies and flu-like issues.

Mia and Sarala were so kind and patient with me. The care here is excellent and the staff is so kind! I have never had a bad experience here but these two have made me feel so comfortable and respected!

I had very good care, and everything was explained well. The staff was very respectful and polite. Mia is always very pleasant and welcoming . Mikel and Dr Nguyen were professional and efficient .

Received great care once again from the front desk Mia, Mikell and Nsume, NP. Each time I’ve gone to be seen, I’ve been welcomed by the most efficient and friendly staff. Nsume, NP listened to all my concerns and explained everything in great detail. I feel so lucky to have found this wonderful group. Highly recommend!
