Horrible ER if you don't have insurance stay away they will not help you unless you do have insurance and lots of money. They don't tell you the truth about your diagnosis or anything either and doctors sign saying they personally evaluated you and it's not true. I have seen with my own eyes some patients get full excellent treatment others get the minimum and some get no help at all. so sad cause every one deserves to get full treatment and care. All lives matter.

Once I went to the second floor, I believe it was 244 customer service and care was amazing. I love you all very much. Highly recommend your Hospital. Thank you for taking care of me my life and keeping me safe. I love you all so much.

When I presented to the ER recently due to rapid heart rate and light headedness I wasn’t sure what to expect. The medical team quickly began performing the routine tests/ procedures for this type issue. I can truly say that each and every team member went above and beyond to deliver the best care possible and execute a care plan to get me on the road to recovery. Hospital stays aren’t something we look forward to but when you have a care team that really cares and goes above and beyond to make sure they’re doing everything they can to provide the best care, that’s what it’s all about!! I will always be grateful and thankful for the level of service I received at Medical City Arlington. ( My team members included Oksi, one of the ER nurses, John from the ER who started my IV, the wonderful funny lady who verified my insurance info, Stephanie- PCCU/ Telemetry Nurse who was very attentive, Elijah my night nurse who was absolutely amazing and thorough, Alex from the ICU who started my second IV and did an amazing job of making it painless, and Chad the charge nurse who was also great! I also had a great team of cardiologists and others involved in my care. Everyone was great!

I had a genuinely great experience. Went to be admitted in ER twice, was admitted within 1 hour both times and tested within 2-3. The second visit required inpatient care, and it was really nice. The room was spacious and clean, the medical team was responsive and receptive to any concern I had, and the food was hot and good!!! (might sound odd, but when you're NPO for over a day, and you hear stories about bad hospital food, good hospital food is SO NICE)

The staff was friendly, courteous efficient. I was spent less than four hours in your emergency room before I was sent to my room. Your staff was knowledgeable and very kind to me while I was there.
