The staff at this TotalCare on Cooper was incredibly helpful when I sliced my finger back in May. I expressed my concerns, and they saw me much faster than any emergency room I’ve ever been to! Brittany insured that I was taken care of! I would definitely return if anything were to happen again. Thank you and your amazing team.

I called prior to heading here, Lisa answered the phone with great customer service. (A serious pet peeve when a receptionist doesn’t introduce themself). Lisa was great and when I walked in she was just helpful. Once I went into my room Fred was there as my nurse. He was empathetic and a great. Chanda took my X-rays, also so sweet. Then Dr. Stewart came to go over the X-rays. Everyone was so nice and professional. Highly recommend for your urgent care and emergency room needs. I was in and out under an hour. They were kind and honest. I of course would like to never use these facilities again, but if I need to I would definitely come here

I had a great experience at Total Care ER off Copper and Mayfield. Ms. Lisa at the front desk was kind and welcoming, Nurse Michelle was attentive, Chanda in radiology was wonderful, and Dr. Stewart provided excellent care. I was very nervous, but they all helped me feel calm and comfortable. I truly appreciate their professionalism and compassion—amazing team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everyone had an awesome attitude. They treated us like you would want to be treated when you come into an office and you're sick. The front desk Lady was with a smile, explained everything perfectly and made our visit. Great in the beginning and then the staff in the back were very attentive, very explanatory and made our visit amazing. I appreciate them. And I know you went to if you go

TotalCare of Arlington is superb. Whitney made check-in so easy, and she is very pleasant. My RN Victor was great, he made sure I was comfortable and got my vitals. Dr. Dang is fabulous and the fact that he lived in San Antonio was crazy. He was very nice and made sure he answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend TotalCare of Arlington. Thank you for your great service.
