Walked in without an appointment, they helped me fast gave me my results in 30 minutes, great people the woman in the front desk is so friendly, all the people in the back are great with patients. Thank you guys i was in and out in less than 1 hour. Ranman, Sophie, valerie, inniena, i dont know if i spelled it right shes the registration in front. Thank you guys

Greetings All New Clients! I have had one of the best experiences from registration, Ms. Tammie - great spirit; Technician, Susan - very comical with true compassion; Nurse, Sophie - always making sure that I was comfortable; Physician, Menckhoff- No nonsense, matter of fact, clear on instructions and why. Thank you all for your professionalism and smooth service that never seem transactional. This was a transformational experience that even my wife was happy and satisfied. Absolutely & Positively one of the best experiences I have ever had at an Emergency Room, Clinic, Office, etc!!! Michelle talked to me right away, began the process as soon as I came in the door, and greeted me with a smile :) Waylon - one of the coolest dudes on the planet, and did everything he could to make sure I was 100% comfortable throughout the entire process Nurse was Orme (hopefully not super misspelled :-/ ), and she was wonderful, and very attentive to my needs throughout the entire stay Doctor Jariwala is friendly, very knowledgeable, and quick to provide a diagnosis Overall I could not have asked for a better experience, and I will definitely return (hopefully not soon) here for any urgent / emergency needs

After falling in my bathroom early one morning, hitting my head on the tub and my hip on the floor, I went to Surepoint Emergency Center in Arlington to get checked out. I was taken back to a room in less than five minutes and quickly stabilized and prepared for scans. The front desk staff, Innocense, was very kind and efficient. Valerie, the Nurse Manager, took wonderful care of me. She even put socks on my feet and brought me a warm blanket. Susan, the CT Tech, was fantastic and gave me the cutest cold duck for the bruise on my hip, which helped relieve the pain right away. Dee, who was a new CT Tech, was extremely careful moving me to and from the CT machine. Dr. Curwen was friendly, thorough, and explained my results in a way that was easy to understand. The entire experience felt like true concierge level care. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return if I ever need care again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From check-in to discharge, the entire ER team was amazing. They were welcoming, compassionate, and worked quickly to make sure I was taken care of. I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. I’m so thankful for such a dedicated and friendly staff. THANK YOU Innocense, Susan and Dr. Curwan.
