P!ss poor experience coming here last Saturday. We were taken back to the room for vitals, vitals went by without incident, were told the doctor would be in shortly. Forty minutes go by. Trying to be patient, we hear a burst of cackles and laughter in the hallway from staff (building was empty of patients otherwise). We step outside and ask for a refund, we’re told by the receptionist that we can’t have a refund if we already saw the provider. Explain that no provider has stopped by, they page the provider and tell us she’ll be in right now. Absolutely not, we decide to leave. We’re told that the staff member who processes refunds gets back in office Monday and will process it Monday 1/12. I go back inside to ask for a card to call in and the doctor asks if a patient walked out. I tell her, yes that was us; we left after 40 minutes and after we heard laughter in the hallway. Instead of apologizing, she tells me “I wasn’t laughing.” Unbelievable experience, guys. The least apologetic people. No refund yet, I’ll be in Monday to get my money back.

Went in on 12/17/25 around 11am for an open wound that needed stitches. Front staff was very kind and pleasant. I told them that I might need stitches on my foot as I have an actively bleeding wound. They brought me in for a quick assessment and asked me questions about the wound. They told me that the doctor would come take a look to see if it indeed needed stiches. The doctor came into the assessment area, did not greet me and demanded I take the bandage off. When she saw it was a minor laceration that did need stitches she told me it wasnt that big and if I wanted stitches that I can sit in the waiting room because she was super busy with a lot of patients. There was only one person in the waiting room and when I was talking to the front staff when initially entering they told me it was a slow day. The doctor didn't offer gauze for my actively bleeding laceration on my foot. She was dismissive, apathetic and rude. I used to love going here since I live about 3 minutes away but I would rather drive 30 minutes in any direction for any other urgent care except for this one. Just know that if that female doctor is on shift you will not get treated appropriately.

I want to know who it is that we can report this doctor or facility to.It is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional that the so called doctor if there is even one handle patients with this behavior. I went 2 days ago, sat over an hour in lobby nobody else there then another 45 miutes in room until i said i am leaving and cancel my appointment!! I will be reporting to higher ups because this is absolutely not ok!!! id give 0 stars if i could!

These people are so u professionals. After waiting for 2 hours in the room, no doctor shows up and when asked the lady in the front rudely said “well! There are other urgent cares in the town”. Absolutely a horrible place to go. No professionalism, no manners, no one cares. Go somewhere else, like they said there are other urgent cares in the town.

I came today to the urgent care and then the front receptionist I gave her my insurance card. She said that the insurance card was deactivated and she made me sit there for two hours. Then I got irritated and then I left. I went to a different urgent care and they said that my insurance was active so it’s kind of rude and wasting my time I felt like she was being racism because I’m indian
