I had an outstanding experience at Accelerated Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made me feel comfortable right away. The entire facility was spotless, which really stood out and gave me confidence in the level of care they provide. The doctors were excellent—very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell they are highly educated and truly care about their patients. Overall, this was a top-of-the-line experience from start to finish. Fast service, amazing staff, and exceptional care. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing urgent care! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The doctor took his time and explain the situation so I understood what was going on. He prescribed stronger medication and told me he wanted to see me back in two days. I felt he cared for my wellbeing. He is the only doctor that really listens and takes good care of his patients.

First off, let me start by saying that my initial experience left a negative impact however this facility and their staff did an amazing job redeeming themselves. The women at the front desk, the medical assistant, and pretty much all of the staff are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and exceptional. I was blown away to get a call from one of the managers when she found out I had a negative experience during my first visit. Let me explain that my negative experience was only with the doctor that I saw. Everyone else involved in my care did an amazing job and was extremely knowledgeable. It was only when the doctor came in to see me that he laughed at me, told me that I should know better than to come to urgent care, refused to give me a referral, did not understand what tests he needed to order or had the ability to order, etc. On that note, let me tell you that the Medical Assistant as well as the other staff DID know what tests could be ordered, and the protocols that needed to be executed. They were able to explain everything to me, and at one point the doctor left the room, left the door open, and had a conversation with the other staff that resulted in them taking over my care. That was my negative experience with the doctor. A few days later, I returned because my symptoms had not improved and I was blown away with how amazing all of the staff were. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and was able to treat me right there. She also ordered all the right tests and explained what needed to be done. The Medical Assistant Irene is exceptional (thank you Irene!!!!). These women are amazing and I hope they are able to understand that they have made a difference in my life and that I appreciate everything that they do.

I’ve never had such a quick & smooth visit to an urgent care before, ever! Granted, it probably had something to do with the day & time I was there, (Friday, right after school lets out). I walked in, checked in, was seen & treated, (with an injection) & was already relaxing at home 45 mins later…& that’s including the 5 or so mins they had me wait after the injection to make sure there was no reaction. Couldn’t ask for a more seamless visit. I’ll definitely be back to that location, (if/when needed)…& will recommend it to others for sure.

I got diagnosed within 2-3 hours with pneumonia and got all of the appropriate medicine to help treat it, so I can recover quickly. The staff along with the doctor were absolutely amazing, very thorough, and quickly understood I wasn't feeling well and got to the bottom of it.Thank you Accelerated Health for being such a time saver, and an immense relieve as to now I know what is wrong, and didn't need to go to the hospital for this. I would and will recommend Accelerated Urgent Care to anyone! 1000% Phenomenal Job!
