Had my hand sliced open. They were extremely courteous and polite. They got me in a room rather quickly and cleaned numbed and stitched me up with no issues whatsoever. They were nice and extremely careful not to cause any unnecessary pain or discomfort. I asked the trainer to let the trainee numb me and stitch me for practice and she did an amazing job! Trainer and trainee were great!

I was able to get an appointment for the next day. They got me right in and the doctor was very thorough. They got me an x-ray quickly. The x-ray showed something concerning so the doctor told me I needed to go to the emergency room. He even called me the next day to make sure that I had gotten the care that I needed.

Had a really great experience here! We were helped quickly as soon as we arrived, and the whole process was smooth since it wasn’t too busy. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and attentive. Although at first it sounded weird with the comment of not being medical. Dr. Bong was amazing—expert and kind especially to peads. The nurse and the X-ray staff (who was so patient with my child) were also wonderful and made us feel comfortable throughout. Overall, excellent service and care put my mind at ease with my baby’s condition.

We had a smooth and easy experience. From the time we checked in to seeing the Doctor was a reasonable wait time. The Doctor was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. This will be our go to Urgent care from now on.

We went in for a sports physical for my son. We were able to get in late at 4 and still get it done. During the visit everything went smoothly. Great place to go for sports physicals for your kids.
