I am new to Houston. My wife was have medical problem. I saw Ascemt ER. The staff met us at the door and immediately began providing us with care. The staff was great. While providing great care. They did so in a warm and friendly manner. They checked my wife out thoroughly, answered all our questions, and made sure that we understood. The doctor and staff are great.

Great experience. They saw us quickly, very polite and concerned just as we were. Dr Burnett took good care of us. Mike and Vickie have great beside manner, very professional and we are grateful for their care at a scary time.

I had a wonderful experience here! I am visiting Houston and needed care. The staff here are kind and professional. I was seen quickly and the team was attentive to my needs. Dr. Burnette listened to my symptoms and took time to explain what I was going through. He has the right approach to care and outstanding bedside manner, something very difficult to find in the medical field. He even gave my husband and I many Houston recommendations. Thank you Dr. Burnette & team!

I am very thankful to Ascent Emergency Room. I visited this place at around 12AM and I was out by 1:30AM. Dr Daniel Merges took good care of me and treated my condition in way to not cause more pain. I couldn’t get hold of the nurses name. She is a brave lady and assisted Dr Dan in the procedure. They both made me comfortable and explained post treatment stuff. I was up and able to walk normally within 48hours. I received a follow up call as well. When I visited, receptionist told me that ascent is particular about the insurances they accept. Unfortunately BCBSTN is not in their list. I hope they could add that to their list in the future. Overall it was a good experience with the treatment, timeliness and post treatment process communication. I was treated for an abscess drainage.

I brought my mom here for pain from a car accident. The facility was very clean and the staff and doctors were very knowledgeable and nice and helpful. We were seen right away. There was no wait This is a wonderful place. We had a pleasant experience
