Post Oak ER - Emergency Room and Urgent ER Care

I have Crohn’s disease and have dealt with many complications that have sent me to multiple ERs, but this was one of the most caring and efficient experiences I’ve had. The staff was incredibly kind, organized, and attentive, and they created a system that made both care and financial processing smooth. The doctor felt like a father in how sweet and reassuring he was, and I was seen and treated quickly. Everything felt well, coordinated and a few steps ahead, especially with insurance and next steps. I’ve dealt with unhelpful front desk staff and nurses elsewhere with no real solutions, but here everyone was proactive and genuinely cared. Highly recommend,when people want to help you, it shows.

I just want to share my sincere appreciation for an emergency room doctor who truly made a difference during a stressful time. They were incredibly respectful, kind, and compassionate—not only toward me, but especially toward my mom. Their calm attitude and clear communication helped ease our worries, and it was obvious they genuinely cared. Beyond their kindness, they handled everything with great professionalism and skill. We felt we were in very capable hands the entire time. I’m really grateful for the care and attention they provided. Experiences like this remind you how important dedicated healthcare professionals are.

This is a great urgent care. Everyone is so nice and professional. They get you in and out as quickly as they can so no long unnecessary waiting. The dr was so nice and caring a real shift from other doctors I have encountered who barely make small talk. He explained everything clearly to me and even offered for me to contact him directly if I had an additional issues or questions in the next 24 hours.

I had an excellent experience. From the front desk to the nursing staff, X-ray tech, then the doctor. They were all very kind and efficient. I came in with symptoms of pneumonia and the swiftly took care of me. I could not have had a better experience. Thank you for your care.

I was referred to this ER by my PI attorney Roxell Richards. The location was very convenient- only minutes away. My first impression was, the lobby is bright, tastefully decorated, and very clean. The receptionist was prompt and professional. I was seen right away- no waiting. I had consultation, labs, x-rays, and results done in a timely manner. What could have been an anxiety ridden experience turned out to be calm and was done quickly. I can highly recommend this facility! Thank you Dr. Zessu, Shakia, Audra, and Stephan for your care and genuine concern for my well being.
