I want to sincerely thank the team at Rice Emergency Room for the excellent care I received after my car accident. From the moment I arrived, everyone treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. Dr. Myers was very attentive and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind during a stressful moment. Nurse Gavin was incredibly caring and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Lonnie, the technician, was very helpful and efficient, and Marisa at registration made everything smooth and easy from the start. The entire staff worked quickly but thoroughly, and I truly felt like I was in good hands. The facility was clean, organized, and the whole experience was much better than I expected given the circumstances. I am very grateful for the compassion, respect, and quality of care I received. I highly recommend Rice Emergency Room to anyone in need of emergency medical attention. Thank you all for taking such good care of me during such a difficult time.

This is the best ER/urgent care I’ve ever been to (today was my 4th visit in the past 2 yrs). The staff is always friendly and efficient and they take pride in their jobs. The check in process is quick and painless and the nurses, techs, and physicians keep things moving along while keeping the patient well-informed along the way. Thank you Bhatt, Anne, Michael, David, and Maggie! Hopefully I won’t be back, but I probably will:)

Visited Rice ER for a fever. Maggie visited me with a big smile asking me whats wrong. I told her I have a fever and she checked me in fast. Gavin called me in and asked me for my visit today. After taking temperature Mike came to take some swabs and blood to see what virus I had. Dr. Lake was an amazing woman that explained everything to me that it was the flu. Tech David came to check on me and offer a blanket. They gave me amazing service and was a very clean facility

I really can’t express enough how appreciative I am for the outstanding care the entire team provided me! I came in thinking I was having heart issues, and they weren’t right into action to figure out what was going on! Nurse Cece, Dr. Benson, Micheal, David, and Maggy were PHENOMENAL and really the pinnacle of patient care!! The reassurance, laughter, prompt care, and testing was more than I could ask for! I’m so happy that I am just fine, just stressed. They really helped to relieve that stress and give me peace of mind! I can’t thank them enough for everything! ❤️

On 3/27/26 I visited the ER as urgent care was unable to provide the medical attention I needed. Check in was super simple. I was the only patient at that time so after check in I was taken back to the room fairly quick The RN, Christine (I think that was her name) was very kind and sweet and show a lot of empathy for me. Dr Benson was very personable and thorough. He walked me through every step of treatment and ensure I understood everything. He was very personable and kept me talking so my mind was on other things besides the treatment. I appreciate the excellent interaction with everyone from beginning to end. I hope I don’t ever have to visit another ER but if I need to, this would be where I would go.
