I can’t speak to the medical care but as someone who lives close to them, Care Now is a terrible neighbor. This morning their trash was spread all over the back of the strip center and the neighborhood. I went and spoke w Camilla who told me she won’t pick up trash but will let the manager know when they’re back from PTO and maybe it will be cleaned up. This isn’t the kind of business that I would trust to care for me.

Shauntel NP was amazing! She was so sweet and made me feel right at home!! Also, the receptionist and the lady that took my blood pressure. Everyone was just so sweet and even though I was in pain they made me feel so good. I will definitely be coming back to this urgent care if I need thank you ladies so much I really appreciate y’all.

Very friendly staff. Took me back to a room and received immediate care by the doctor. Excellent bedside manner! Doctor took her time with me explaining the situation and answered my questions. I felt seen and heard! Will definitely be back!!!

This place is nothing but a scam. I went twice to this place. The first time they said nothing was wrong running a fever., but come back in 48 hours if I am not better. So two deductibles later immediately I test positive for flu. Fast forward to today my card was charged for a balance they say my insurance did not pay. Interestingly enough my husband diagnosed with same thing and same insurance. The charges were covered except co pay. Supposedly when you’re sick there is fine print they can charge your card whenever they want without sending you a bill and list of charges. Guess what, as advanced as they are with taking your money when you request an email of bill the only option is to send you a summary of the bill is through regular mail. You decide for yourself. I hope this helps someone before they send a request to Google to have the review removed.

CareNow Urgent Care provided fast, courteous, and professional service from check-in to discharge, and the staff truly made me feel cared for as a patient. I appreciated their clear communication, short wait time, and thorough attention to my concerns.
