Terrible experience. Do NOT go. Walked in Sunday morning at around 9:30 AM with my 9 month old son. Nobody was at the front desk and it seemed empty. Not a soul was around. I rang the bell and waited several minutes and finally a nurse comes out and just stares at me with the worst energy/vibe I have ever felt. Doesn’t say a word, it was super uncomfortable so I started talking and telling her the medical issue (related to my 9 month old son) and the whole time she’s just staring at me like I’m wasting her time. She asks me “why” when I told her I thought my son may have ingested pills. So I tell her and again she’s staring at me and her body language is just giving the worst attitude so I tell her I’m getting a really uncomfortable feeling from her and she says they are short staffed (there wasn’t a single soul in the waiting room btw) and then something along the lines of “well now you’ve made me uncomfortable and I don’t want to help you so let me get the other nurse” …. This is supposed to be an emergency room??? Absolutely horrendous service. I will never go back and will make sure nobody I know ever goes there.

I was the patient, Catherine Semenoff. The whole experience was exceptional. The care from nurse, Christina, Dr Do, and the other staff was caring and considerate from the time I arrived. It turned out I had a kidney stone, which can be quite painful. Everyone was attentive to my needs from the moment of my arrival until I left. On my departure I had prescriptions and a game plan. Thank you to all the staff that was working on New Year’s Day. Being in health care myself for the past 50 years, you all are the best and illustrate the reasons I went into health care in the first place. To help people when they are most vulnerable. I am so grateful.

Quick , fast and professional. They will check you in quickly and they do have wheelchair ramps inside and outside. The entire staff is very friendly and focused on helping you with your problem. If you need a great urgent care this one is definitely it.

Absolutely amazed at how fast they took me in and cared for me. I came in unable to breath right and within seconds I was in a room with 5 nurses attending to me. My technician was a sweetheart knew that I couldn’t walk a lot without getting short on breath and brought a wheelchair for me. Everyone there was very attentive, caring and kind. Even the paramedics were amazing. Totally recommend anyone going to urgent care, Signature is definitely the best in the Heights! Super clean, fast and amazing service.

My experience was fine in person, but the after math with insurance is terrible. I called in to verify they accept my health insurance provider and they confirmed they do. BUT if they do any scans on you they send it to the worse place for radiology which is Singleton Associates PA. Something is very off and misleading about the billing between these places and how they file claims with my health insurance provider. They show the facility and doctors are in-network. But then file the claims under different names that all of sudden appear as out of network. The facility was clean, their staff were okay. But the medical billing is terrible and a headache and I think they are not insurance friendly and looking out in our best interest. And I strongly believe they did more scans on me than was needed and took advantage that I was in pain.
