Had a great experience at Life Savers Emergency Room! Dr. Wozniak and the entire team . Nurse Lacey, Medical Assistant Sam, ER Tech Pipi, and Radiology Tech Daniel were all professional, attentive, and made me feel well taken care of. Appreciate everyone who helped during my visit. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Life Savers Emergency Room. I went in after waking up with a fever and was seen right away. Dr. Montoya was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain my symptoms and treatment plan, which made me feel very comfortable. He quickly treated my pain and even went the extra mile by personally contacting my primary care doctor for follow-up care. I’m very grateful for the compassion and attention I received during a stressful time. Highly recommend Dr. Montoya and the team at Life Savers Emergency Room!

I did not have a pleasant experience, even though I’ve been here multiple times the last few times that I’ve been here have been worse and worse I was recently stung by a yellow jacket, hornets nest or wasp I showed extreme allergic reactions. I’m still in a great deal amount of pain this happened yesterday on the 18th of this month. They gave me a steroid shot which I requested. They bought me only 5 mg of a pain pill which did not work. I was crying and past a 10 and couldn’t lay down on the hospital med because I stung on my back. They gave me Pepcid, Zyrtec and that was it. I was in excruciating pain like I still am. I’m allergic to quite a few medication’s, but I can take Tylenol 4 for and I can take morphine these are prescriptions that I’ve been on before in the past if I’ve been in the hospital, which I’ve had several surgeries ,hydrocodone does not make me break out like tramadol, which I am allergic to gives me an extreme bad headache and will sometimes make me rub up or have a rash same with a tetanus shot and Toradol for whatever reason my insurance recently lapsed while I was on a Grace period however I did not know because they did not contact me to let me know so Im in the process of being reinstated. I can’t see a PCP to follow up with Care or anything so I asked for referrals, referrals were not giving and I also asked for another steroid shot the nurse said that she cannot give it to me. The nurse said it’s too strong then that’s when I had to ask to be sent home with 10 to 20 days of Tylenol four for the pain and also steroids to help reduce inflammation. The doctor’s name was Segun Adeoye. He said no.I asked him why I wouldn’t be prescribed anything for the pain, especially knowing that I don’t have a PCP any longer, etc.. He told me it’s because that I take anxiety medication and that I take a sleeping pill. It doesn’t make sense why he rejected me because I take something from my mental health and something to help me sleep at times when I can’t, even though I let him know I don’t take them as prescribed and I take them as needed. he said I still have the prescriptions so he refused to prescribe the medication. It absolutely make no sense. This is the reason why people have different medications because a medication treats each symptom differently and this is also another reason why people don’t go to ER or hospitals anymore because when they’re in need of something majority of the doctors don’t listen anymore and come up with excuses that don’t make sense. This will be my last time going to this emergency room. You can’t fight a person for being on medication’s that handle different symptoms and what you’re prescribing for is in a totally different lane than the other prescriptions. Healthcare and America is becoming unacceptable especially in some states Texas being one of them

Absolutely awesome care! Came in to have my son and I checked out, and was not disappointed in the slightest. Becky, Amy, Destiny, Erik AND Dr. Ozzy were all amazing in diagnosing and explaining the issues I was having. Thanks again guys!
