Do not see Dr. Varun Iyer. I visited this urgent care in November because my throat felt sore, swollen, and as if something was stuck in it throughout the day. After waiting approximately an hour, Dr. Iyer entered the room, briefly asked about my symptoms, and then dismissed my concerns without performing a physical examination. When I explained that my throat was irritated, sore, and swollen, he repeatedly suggested that it was just a sensation and there was nothing there and that it was purely PSYCHOLOGICAL rather than physical. The entire interaction lasted less than five minutes.. I felt that my symptoms were not taken seriously, and no effort or exam was made to investigate the cause of my discomfort. The interaction felt rushed, and I left feeling unheard and frustrated. Since I was uncomfortable with his assessment, I scheduled a same-day appointment elsewhere after finding a last-minute cancellation. The physician I saw at the second clinic performed an actual examination and diagnosed a throat infection. I was prescribed antibiotics, and my symptoms began improving shortly afterward. The doctor also expressed surprise that a basic examination had not been performed during my earlier visit, otherwise he would’ve seen the infection. This experience at this location was extremely disappointing especially since I had to pay for and seek a second opinion to get the treatment I needed. Save your money and do not come here. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to consider alternative urgent care options if they are seeking a thorough evaluation and attentive care.

NP Priscilla Corpus was extremely dismissive with poor bedside manner. I’ve been suffering from high blood pressure, chest pain, and shortness of breath. I have been testing and trying to find the cause with my primary care doctor, but it’s a process. I understand that I came in twice during one week, but you don’t have to be rude and dismissive and tell me to stop coming and see my primary doctor. Maybe if my doctor was open all night or during the weekends, then I could, but she isn’t, so when somebody needs help, don’t be so uncaring to them. Other staff were great and the wait was fast, this review is just concerning her because being treated like a hypochondriac by somebody supposed to be helping you feels like crap and you don’t even know if you received the proper help since they were so quick to be dismissive.

I went in for back and gastritis pain on 4-30-26 the nurse Lauren was so awesome she helped me realize that my health was very important in order to take care of others i felt comfortable and she draws blood so quick in the past i had other nurses poke me several times telling me i had rolling viens but not Lauren she was super quick,she made sure me and my daughter were warm by giving us warm blankets and checking in on us she should be recognized as an awesome nurse 💯 thank you Lauren🏆 Also the 2 ladies at the front desk and the security guard are as well awesome thank yall for being so kind🏆🏆🏆

Update* BE AWARE come here only if you are dying. Got a bill 7 months later and found out they charged $7,400 to treat my virus nausea. What a SCAM :( Thank you for taking quick and great care of me! Grateful to have had y’all as the closest option in my emergency.
