Excellent care! My younger sister was referred to come here after going to the nearby urgent care. They have everything an Emergency Room has, and more. Their attention to detail made our experience a positive one. The doctors, nurses, and technologists were all patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is seeking emergent care. They have short wait times, and the facility is spick and span. 10000/10

I received excellent care during my visits from my treatment team. Dr. Aisueni and Erika are a dream team. After my visits and treatment, I’ve seen significant improvements in my overall health, I couldn’t be happier. It is truly unfortunate that I may have to find new providers given the rift between bcbs and MH. I really am hopeful for a better resolution for the chance to continue working with them.

Walked in on Memorial Day doors were open, A/C, Lobby music was on ,no staff insight supply and IT room unlocked. Used their desk phone to call police and to call IT to ask where is medical staff? IT from Pennsylvania checked said they closed at 5pm. I walked in about 6:30pm. IT remotely called regional mgr and his mgr. After a few minutes IT from Pennsylvania said to step out and they would lock doors remotely. We waited a few minutes outside to make sure doors got locked. They were

I took my 83- year old Mother here for care after a referral from a friend. We had a terrific experience. We waited for less than 5 minutes before being taken to a room, and saw the ER Dr within ten minutes. We received much kinder and efficient care than past visits to the Memorial Hermann Hospital at TMC. Our ER Dr was patient, thorough and extremely helpful. I will absolutely return to this facility and will refer friends and family.

Fastest ER visit in my life. But even as an employee I'll complain about the price. 1800 dollars to sit, have my back touched, and get written for steroids. Over 400 of which I am responsible for. Not sure I am making a connection in represented value. Ce la vie.
