If I could give ZERO stars I would. The most pleasant thing about this visit was the x ray technician who greeted and checked me in (shout out to her, she is the friendliest thing about this place). Atmosphere was blah and the medical assistant KB wasn’t welcoming and lacked empathy as she gathered my info for the intake. KB didn’t even bother to introduce herself, I had to ask for her name. No pleasantries (no good morning, how are you, nothing). And maybe this would’ve been fine if the treatment was suitable. The Nurse Practitioner Amanda Garcia although a little better than KB not by much. It seemed like she was in a rush to be honest because she didn’t even sit for the visit, didn’t ask many follow up questions, and overall her demeanor was very smug. She didn’t properly examine the areas I was experiencing discomfort in. So it’s no surprise that she prescribed me a medication that was not standard based/evidenced based care given my condition. Like I suspected my condition worsened as the day progressed and I had to seek care elsewhere. Avoid this place, they do not care about your well being and most of the folks working in there looked miserable. Go somewhere where they take that oath “do no harm” a little more seriously. When you’re in pain you shouldn’t have to be worried about being met with kindness, empathy, compassion and competence. Especially not with the cost of these medical visits. Heed this warning or I promise you will be sorry.

Staff were beyond professional and efficient. Quick, complete, compassionate care. And the provider, Ivy, is the embodiment of the perfect Doctor and healer. Incredibly kind and caring. What a wonderful Doctor. She makes you feel like you’re family and she’s the family’s favorite aunt. And the cherry on top: no copay. Memorial Hermann is doing things right.

The people working there are incredibly kind and professional. Also the facility itself was very nice and enjoyable. We had a sick toddler and we were a walk in. We struggled with the user interface on our phone to check in. Once our insurance went through we had a pleasant enough experience. We waited about 30 minutes to be seen. Once in a room we were taken care of efficiently. Overall we were there for roughly 50 minutes. Amanda was incredibly kind and made me glad that I chose to go here for my sick toddler.

Ivy and Britney were absolutely awesome. I was treated very well and listened to. They were both so sweet and really cared about me. Front desk was very polite and friendly and check in process was fast and easy. Would definitely recommend and will always come back. This urgent care is the BEST

Easy to make an "appointment" time. They saw me right away. Came back next day for x-ray. Good staffing. Prompt attention. Definitely will go back if I need to. Great experience.
