Great experience at this urgent care yesterday! I had flu like symptoms and needed some relief. From check in to check out, everything was smooth and efficient. Kevin was a great NP and his nurse was friendly with great bedside manner. Will be going here for all my future urgent care visits!

I looked at several urgent care facilities before making my appointment, and Memorial stood out for a few reasons. For one, they accepted my insurance, and I was able to make an appointment online. The facility is very clean, and the spacing between seats—even at the reception desk—is good. You’re not sitting right next to someone who may be very sick, especially if you’re there for something minor or an injury like I was. I was able to make the appointment, upload my insurance information, and when I arrived, I simply checked in, sat down, and was seen within about five minutes. There was only one other person there with their child. I liked the physician. He examined my issue, told me he would call in an antibiotic, and followed through. I was able to pick it up within about 20–30 minutes at a nearby pharmacy. I followed up with my physician the next day, and he agreed I was on the right antibiotic and asked me to check in again the following day. I’ve already recommended this facility to a few friends. I only wish there were one closer to me.

Start to finish everything was top notch. The clerk was fast and nice. The nurse and PA took great care of me. They had me in and out quickly. They were attentive to what I had to say. Made sure my medicine went to a quick pharmacy. Couldn't ask for better care.

The service was quick and efficient. The doctors were straight to the point and knew how to make the patients feel comfortable. The doctors knew exactly what to say and how to treat the injury or sickness. Memorial Hermann Urgent Care keep up the good work I will recommend my family and friends to visit this urgent care. Thank you for being there for me.

Please do not go here! Last night my husband was seen in this urgent care with a 102 temp and a blood pressure of 77/44 and their care equated to " no big deal". Not only was he told that they were unable to insert an IV, the nurse practitioner didn't even complete sending him his prescription through to our pharmacy. We had to call them 3 times the next day before getting the needed prescription. On one of the calls the young lady at their office told my husband they were very busy and short staffed. When I called back she put me on hold and never returned. But while I was holding I prayed and thankfully a doctor did call back. I'm just grateful we finally got our prescription but who should have to go through this? Just don't go. This place has some very dangerous practices. Be blessed!
