I had an excellent experience at Heights ER. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The check-in process was quick, and I was seen by a provider with very little wait time. The doctor and nurses took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The facility was clean, modern, and well-organized. It's reassuring to know there is an emergency room in the neighborhood that provides such high-quality care. I highly recommend Heights ER to anyone in need of emergency medical attention.

The staff here are amazing!! I had an embarrassing and painful health issue. Truthfully, I thought I would have preferred female staff. However, this staff made me feel so comfortable and supported through the pain, I didn’t feel embarrassed. I wish they were a primary care so I could go to them for everything! Shout out Dr. Ambe, my nurse Romero, and Jasmia at the front desk I left feeling heard, educated, and 1000% better!

My visit to the Emergency Room was as smooth as I could have hoped for. The staff was kind, efficient, and very professional. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Mia was very helpful at the front desk and when Miguel took my labs, I barely felt the needle stick! Thank you to the whole team for your outstanding service!

I Love all the staff here, from the receptionist to the Nurses & Doctors. They are welcoming as soon as you come in, and are very understanding of your pain. Very patient and professional. Would definitely recommend 10/10

I went in for a shoulder issue , and was treated very quickly. Mr. Pablo was so sweet , and kind durning my CT scans etc. The clinical staff was just as sweet and caring , from walking into the front lobby and I believe my registration person was named Miss Mia. From the caring doctor ( ambe ) I was very satisfied and very pleased. Service was great from start to finish, would definitely recommend.
