Excellent is not even a good enough word for this place. ALL staff was beyond compassionate. The care showed made me feel very confident and comfortable. The communication on procedures was well thought out and explained to us every step of the way. Not only did they make sure they were doing everything to get my son back to health but they made sure my mom and I were comfortable. They were gentle and funny and very warm. Even gave my baby a companion teddy that he named dr. Bear. They actually came back and asked if he named him. The doctor was amazing on his own. His personality and the way he kept my 3 year old engaged was like no other. The nurses and the front desk lady, everyone really seemed like they welcomed us into their family. Glad I found yall! Sam, Nurse Craig, ERT Farris, RAD Harold, and Dr. Dickinson.

I told the staff I would leave a review, even though they never asked me to, because they truly earned it. This was hands down the best standalone ER experience I've ever had. The entire team genuinely cared not only about the patient but also about the patient's family. My mom was there last night, and from the doctor to her nurse to the techs, everyone was exceptional. The doctor even took the time to help me by being my personal photographer for my passport photo LMAO, which was far beyond anything I expected. My mom's nurse was incredibly personable, compassionate, and attentive. I've never had an experience where a medical staff made family members feel as comfortable and supported as they did. I won't go into all the details, but just know that they went above and beyond in every way. I would 1,000% recommend this standalone ER to anyone who needs emergency care. Thank you all for the outstanding service and compassion.

Elke, Jeremy the entire night crew from check-in top check-out were so humble and kind. Elke is the kind of caring nurse you would want your parents to have if they couldn't speak for themselves. She has a heart of gold and did nothing but make sure you were comfortable and informed while getting the best treatment they could give. They were able to diagnose the flu quickly and started IV's within 5 minutes. Elke said your going to leave here feeling better and that was her goal. She did just that. They are more than just an urgent care, they are an ER. Very equipped, very knowledgeable and very kind. Need help, they will get it for you without waiting 8 hours in an ER. Fast above adequate Healthcare. Feel better, they will definitely help.

It is an excellent hospital. From the moment I arrived, I received high-quality care. The entire staff, from the front desk to the medical team, was extremely kind, attentive, and professional at all times. They made me feel calm, heard, and well cared for throughout the entire process. Without a doubt, they provide compassionate service and are truly committed to their patients’ well-being. I highly recommend it 100% to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy medical care.

Excellent service. I was treated quickly and very kindly. Dr. Yazdani, Melissa, RN, and Jacque, a Rad Technician, are wonderful. While I was being anesthetized, the nurse told me I could hold her hand to ease my nerves and even walked me to the parking lot. I highly recommend this place.
