Went to get some labs and the entire process was a breeze. Not a big fan of going to the doctor’s office but the entire experience eased my nerves. Tiffany was amazing and extremely professional. Bethany was extremely informative and made me feel comfortable. She gave me all sorts of resources and assisted me with any questions I had. Definitely will be coming back.

I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care today while being treated for an allergy and sinus infection. FNP Lisa Garza was absolutely amazing- so kind, professional, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed, which truly made me feel cared for and at ease. From the moment I walked, in the front desk was welcoming, the MA was kind and attentive, and the overall experience was smooth and comforting. It’s rare to find a healthcare team where everyone is so genuinely wonderful. If I ever need urgent care again, I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you all so much for the excellent care! 😊

I had one of the best clinic experiences I’ve ever had at Alamo City Urgent Care. I called ahead to confirm they accepted my insurance, and the person who helped me was kind and very helpful. When I arrived as a walk-in, I was greeted warmly and the clinic was spotless and welcoming. You can immediately tell this is a very professionally run practice with a genuine culture of caring.Each staff member was truly so kind. The nurse practitioner was thorough, professional, and clearly very experienced. She listened carefully, explained things well, and made thoughtful decisions about my care. I walked in feeling terrible, but they immediately began helping me feel better. What impressed me most was how comprehensive the care was in a single visit. I received an exam, chest X-ray, breathing treatment, a steroid shot, medication, and helpful equipment to take home. My prescriptions were even sent to the pharmacy before I left the clinic. When you’re sick, professionalism and compassionate care matter and this clinic truly delivers both. I would absolutely recommend Alamo City Urgent Care to anyone looking for prompt, high-quality medical care.

My family and I have visited this clinic several times, and we have always had a great experience. The staff is very kind and welcoming, and the doctor is professional, caring, knowledgeable, and many other wonderful things. She is an excellent doctor. I am glad that this clinic is located near us. Thank you.

As a new patient, I felt as though I was taken care of very well. The bedside manner of the P. A and the nurse checking my vitals were very kind and friendly and made me feel like they were taking care of me. Thank you so much. I will return again.
