When I walked in the young lady at the front desk was friendly then I had the x-ray tech that took me back to the room. He was great. He made me laugh. He was very energetic. I had the Doctor. He was funny. We both the same age he was very much upbeat and very professional about how he told me what was wrong and what we need to happen my nurse she’s new. I think her name was Connie. She was great. I mean she just she was doing a great job too. They were all excellence. If I have to go back to a minor emergency clinic like that I would definitely go back to that one that staff was great. That was a good experience. It was very quick. I’m getting in. That was just a great experience.

I’m giving them five stars because I can’t give them ten. If I could, I’d give them more than ten. The service is excellent. I was in and out in no time. The doctor and staff are very attentive and professional. The doctor takes the time to explain step by step what treatment he’s going to administer based on the urgency of the situation. I wish they were open 24 hours a day, but I understand. This urgent care clinic is much better than a certain hospital here in SATX. I’m not going to name it, but I’m pretty sure most of you know which hospital I’m referring to. That said, I highly recommend this urgent care clinic to everyone. Thank you for such excellent service.

I was there yesterday 1/05/2026 suffering from an ear ache, chest pain, and stomach ache. I wasn’t able to present my insurance card because I changed insurance for this new year. I presented my driver license to the young lady at the front desk and she told me I wasn’t able to be seen because I needed my insurance card. I told her I was desperate to be seen and I wasn’t able to drive anywhere else because the symptoms I had gave me dizziness. She then told be she was able to find me with the information I provided. She really lacked empathy and looked like she was not ready to see anyone that early. I was the first patient there when they opened at 8 a.m. Everyone else’s I came in contact with had a better attitude and concern towards me. And I was only there for less than an hour.

I came in tonight and was seen promptly within 5 minutes of waiting. The staff is very nice and very helpful. Lemagne was quick, thorough, and amazing at giving shots without feeling any pain! Great especially for kiddos not feeling good and scared of shots! The NP I saw was Linzi Jones, she was very kind and helped diagnosis me without waiting to be seen for a long time. 100/10 experience!!!!!!! The best urgent care I have been to in the city I was hesitant to go and sit for hours while not feeling good but the entire visit was about 25 minutes and I went home feeling much better. I was recommended to go here by my sister and was not disappointed.

First time visiting and will say one of my top if not the best urgent care visits I’ve ever had. Luckily I arrived at the perfect time and was seen right away. The amount of care and attentiveness from the staff was amazing. They took the time to curate a medical plan for me going forward and took the time to really understand what brought me in for my visit. If I ever need to visit an urgent care again, this will be the first place I go, hands down!
