Always a good experience with the staff at The Emergency Clinic in Alamo Heights. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. This visit, they treated symptoms as they presented, and sent off a culture. They followed up the next day, and then a couple of days later with results from a culture sent off for testing. Once they had that, they changed me to a more effective antibiotic for the specific strain I had, and phoned it in to my pharmacy immediately. I had the new antibiotic within two hours of their follow up call. Everyone I know who has used them has positive things to say too. I never hesitate to recommend this clinic to friends and family.

Always have a good experience here. Friendly, excellent doctors who are always willing to give good advice and refer to specialized care when needed. Reasonable prices for medical care in 2026 in our neighborhood right around the corner is a god-send. Thanks for what you do!

Dr. S.Tate and the clinic staff provided an excellent experience. Everyone was kind, caring, and professional from the moment I walked in severe pain.They all took the time to explain everything they were doing. Dr. Tate explained my diagnosis in clear detail and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. I truly appreciated how attentive and compassionate everyone was throughout the entire visit. I left feeling confident and reassured that I was in great hands. I highly recommend the wonderful health care team here. ⭐

This clinic has the best doctors and staff that I’ve ever experienced anywhere in San Antonio. I keep coming back (on the occasion that I need them) because they treat their patients fairly, and there are no hidden fees. They will take great care of you here and you will feel like family.

Can’t say enough good things about the staff here. We have taken our kids to this clinic for various illnesses and injuries, and the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience as comfortable and not “scary” as possible. Would highly recommend in the event that you or a loved one need emergency care.
