Took my son in today and was completely dismissed by the doctor. Didn’t bother to check my son fully was in the room maybe 1 minute and said he was fine. We ended up in the ER later that night and my son did in fact need a breathing treatment and steroid for his lungs. I do not recommend and we will not be back.

The front desk upon arrival. The front office staff did not smile and appeared dismissive. Their responses were vague and lacked friendliness. I was with my crying, visibly unwell child, who was very sick. The girl responsible for taking our vitals was exceptionally kind, patient, and displayed genuine care, which was a positive point. Meanwhile, four patients, walked out from the back and left the building, and no one had been called back into the rooms after approximately 45 minutes. I approached the front desk to inquire about the delay and asked when patients would be called back. The staff member there avoided eye contact, seemed indifferent, and replied that she didn’t know, mentioning she had just returned from lunch and that the other provider might also have gone on lunch break. I asked for a time estimate; she again claimed ignorance, saying she didn’t know when they would start calling patients back again. Her tone was extremely rude and dismissive. If you’re working in healthcare, it’s essential to be warmer and more empathetic because patients come here in distress, often feeling unwell and anxious, and deserve respectful, caring treatment.

My husband and I went in today because he’s been having flu symptoms. The receptionist was dismissive and directed us to complete paperwork on our phone. The system was buggy and hard to navigate. Once submitted, we waited 45 minutes. The receptionist called us up to verify his insurance and ID, she was rude but the job got done. We went into the room. The front desk team was the only reason it’s not 5 stars. The wait times were alright, though they could be quicker for 7pm on a week night. The doctor was very kind and thorough. She even recommended switching our pharmacy to the 24h one for instant pain relief. We got our prescription same night and we were very satisfied with her care.

I am a Veteran that was just turned away from getting urgent care here because the front desk said they "can't verify Tri-care on Sunday's." I have went to Accelerated Urgent Care before because anything is usually quicker than the VA. They have taken my Military insurance before. They have seen me before. They have me in their system. Yet, when I brought my sick 4 year old child in today they acted like they didn't believe I had Tri-care. They told me "Tri-care can't be verified on Sunday's" and denied giving my child medical attention. This is how this place treates Veteran families. I would not recommend going here.

I came into accelerated urgent care in Clovis i was helped by nurse practitioner Gill she placed stitches, she was very helpful. I came a second time to see Dr. Boausy to remove stitches I was seen by Isabel as well she helped clean my wound and the front staff Ava , gustavo Nate at front desk The staff was very courteous, helpful into the point of making sure that I was helped with my Appointment this is the place you want to come to and this is a review you’re waiting to read, thank u OK
