I visited this urgent care today and had an excellent experience. They were quick, efficient, and very well organized. I was able to complete all of my paperwork on my phone, including uploading my ID and insurance card, which made the check-in process smooth and streamlined. The best part of my visit, despite the pain I was in, was the staff. From the moment I arrived until the time I left, everyone was friendly, caring, professional, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend this urgent care and will definitely be returning if I need urgent medical care in the future.

Whole staff was great. I honestly felt like i was at Valley childrens the way the MA treated my son while taking vitals and even just walking to the room to wait for the doctor the other staff was so good to my son as well. We didn’t wait long before being called. I also liked the fact that the patient forms were sent to my phone for me to virtually fill out. I would definitely come back here.

We made an appointment and still waited for 2.5 hours to be seen. Then the doctor proceeded to shove the otoscope into my poor kid's infected ear as hard as he could, puttingher in a ton of pain. He proclaimed that the ear of complaint was "completely fine" even though it's almost completely swollen shut today, and won't even allow ear drops to go into the ear canal. Very bad experience. Hopefully you're never desperate enough to need this place. Get a better doctor, AFC. The one you have is a total jerk.

I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the staff and the care I receive when I come to this office. The nurses and doctors are so kind and thorough. I really feel like I am being heard and walk out each time with what I need to start feeling better. The staff even comes around to offer snacks and water bottles. Thank you for always taking such good care of me!

I recommend only coming here if you can get an appointment. It’s much faster and they offer same day or next day appointments. Staff is friendly, but a miscommunication extended my wait time by double. You’re not officially checked in until you do the paperwork. I waited 2 hours before I realized I wasn’t even checked in. I assumed the info I filled out at the front desk was sufficient because we weren’t new patients. Front desk needs to emphasize that you’re not officially checked in until you do the paperwork, even for returning patients. I was there 4+ hours because of it. However, I love the nurses! They are also great with kids!
