Front desk lady was amazing, but the X-ray 🩻 guy was in a hurry and really needs to work on his ppl skills,(No Smile) (No Greeting) (No smalltalk)I felt like he felt he had something better to do than help me. Didn't make me feel welcomed or invited. Hope to NEVER deal with him again

I’m leaving this review months later because I wasn’t well enough to do it sooner — which says everything about how this visit went. The PA, Marie, an old hefty woman had an attitude from the start. Every question I asked was met with eye rolls and dismissive expressions. At one point she actually told me to google my question. I’m sorry — I’m paying to be seen by a medical professional. If I wanted to google it, I wouldn’t be here. When I asked for an extension on my medical note, she refused and had the nerve to comment that my case wasn’t workers comp or personal injury — as if that made my situation less serious. It’s actually the opposite. With no legal case and no employer coverage, I had zero fallback. Because she wouldn’t extend that note, I had no documentation to cover my absence and I lost my job. I was calm the entire visit. I asked simple, reasonable questions. I deserved basic respect and didn’t get it. If you need an urgent care that will actually treat you like a patient, look elsewhere.

From the initial phone call to the front desk through my visit with the doctors, the entire team was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Every staff member I encountered was attentive, kind, and committed to providing excellent care. I truly appreciated the smooth process and the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend.

From the scheduling of my initial appointment to checking in and being seen by different staff member, my experience with each individual was excellent. Everyone was so helpful, polite and very professional. I look forward to a great recovery after being injured in an automobile accident. I thank my Primary Doctor for referring me to First Health Medical Center.

If I could give zero stars I would and I would like to state I’ve never taken the time out of my day to write a stupid review. Lady that works at the front desk (on the left) is absolutely awful, has no idea what she is doing, gives zero help, and shouldn’t have a job. I visited First Health 3 times and was just given the run around and wasted my time. They do not want to provide care and do anything possible to brush you off. She never looked at my paperwork until after my third visit which she set an appointment for, only then to tell me that they don’t take a specific insurance and wouldn’t help. Would have no problem if they would have said that on day one but instead wasted my time and two more visits. The first two times I had someone else step in and give me clarification and I’ll have to say I had zero problems with anyone else I talked with. Again, I’ve never even took the time to write a review but she sucks so bad and was so difficult people should know and she shouldn’t have a position. Go to Concentra if you have workers comp issues much more helpful and more kind staff. And First Health if you see this you should consider evaluating your staff.
